Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

Most of our services are available on a walk-in basis. We recommend calling ahead of time to check for availability. Procedures are not available on a walk-in basis.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Walk-ins (walking in with no appointment) are only available when appointments do not show up or a clinic is not booked up for the day.

• Presidents Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Tustin Street/ 22 freeway


Landmarks:
Across the street from Storage West, next to the 22 freeway (on both sides)

Bus Route:
#71 runs on Tustin Street

Directions:
From the 22 East exit Tustin Street, turn left, make a u-turn at the light and the clinic is on your right


From the 55 South, exit Chapman Avenue, make a right off the freeway, at Tustin Street turn left, right after the entrance to the 22 West freeway, the clinic will be on your right hand side.

Payment Information

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

• photo ID

Fees for services are based on your household income.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• cash
• checks
• major credit/debit cards

Payment is expected at time of service.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

Insurance Information

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
