Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available During all business hours.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; and STD testing.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Specialty Services

Plan Now Pay Later® is available at this health center — a convenient, low, monthly payment plan for many of our health center services, including the ability to visit us for one appointment and walk out the door with up to a year’s supply of birth control.

Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Payment Information

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

  • photo ID

Fees for services are based on your household income.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • cash
  • major credit/debit cards

Payment is expected at time of service.

  • If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit. Please make sure to contact your insurance, before your appointment day, to check if an authorization is needed. If an authorization is needed, make sure to bring it in with you on the day of your appointment.
  • If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, the cardholder must accompany you for the visit and provide the credit card and a photo ID.

Insurance Information

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

  • birth control vaginal ring (NuvaRing)

  • fertility awareness method
  • sterilization for men (vasectomy)

Birth control services are available:

  • during all business hours by appointment

A pre-vasectomy consultation is available at this health center.

  • condom - $3 for 3, $6 for 12, $12 for 24, $15 for 30, $24 for 48
  • emergency contraception (morning after pill) - $35
  • fertility awareness methods - $19-$189
  • birth control methods may require an office visit fee - $19-$189

Some services may have additional charges for lab and blood work.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.
