Note: On days when we do not have a clinician, we offer HIV testing, pregnancy testing, gardasil injections (if you already have seen the physician for an order), Depo injections and options counseling.
Phones are answered Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Pregnancy tests, Gardasil and Depo shots during open hours. Emergency contraception and birth control refills (for established patients) are available Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm, when a clinician is on site.
All other services require an appointment.
***Due to Ohio Pharmacy Regulations Medications may only be dispensed when there is a physician on site, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8 am to 4 pm.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Pills by Mail is available at this health center - a service that delivers birth control pills to your home. Patients with a current prescription for birth control pills at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Fees for services are based on your household income.
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

If required, you may have to schedule a Pap test or a breast exam before getting a hormonal birth control method.
In order to obtain an IUD, we may first require an exam and a Pap test.
