Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available during all hours Health Center is open.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; birth control without exam; pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections. An appointment may be necessary. Please call the Health Center.

If you are coming in for an employment or school physical, please bring the required forms with you.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.
Fees for services are based on your household income.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- checks
- major credit/debit cards
- money orders
Payment is expected at time of service.
For services that are not covered by insurance, and for patients that are uninsured, we offer discounted services. This service is our way of keeping health care affordable for everyone. We are able to offer the best in specialty care at a discount for many of our patients based on their household size and income.
We discount millions of dollars in healthcare each year. Your contribution will help provide care for others tomorrow. At each visit, you will be told the total cost of your visit, for how much you are responsible (after insurance coverage or discounted services) and asked if you can make a contribution.
Insurance Information
The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: Aetna, Bluecross Bluesheild, CBA Blue (Comprehensive Benefits Administrators), CIGNA, Great West (One Health/Great West), Harvard Pilgram Health Plans, Ladies First, Maine Breast and Cervical Health Program, Medicaid, Medicare, Mednet, MVP Health, United Healthcare, VT Managed Care. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
