Emergency contraception (morning after pill) and pregnancy testing are offered during all hours the center is open.

All other services require an appointment.

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available During all hours the center is open.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam.

Birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill) and pregnancy testing and information/referrals.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Specialty Services

Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

Wisconsin Medicaid Family Planning Waiver accepted.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

birth certificate
pay stub
photo ID

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.
