Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Emergency Contraception, Pregnancy Testing and some Birth Control services without a pelvic exam are available during all hours the center is opened.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available During all hours the center is opened.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. Birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill) and pregnancy testing and information/referrals.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.
We accept the following forms of payment:

- checks
- major credit/debit cards
- money orders
Payment is expected at time of service.
Payment plans are available for many services.
If you qualify for the State of WI Medicaid Family Planning Waiver Program you will need to bring in two recent pay stubs, a photo ID and a birth certificate if you were not born in the state of Wisconsin
