Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Walk-in appointments for pregnancy testing and emergency contraception (the morning after pill) are always welcome up to an hour before clinic closure.
All other visits require an appointment; please call for additional information or to schedule an appointment.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available during normal business hours. Call the refill request for your health center to request refills 24 hours prior to pick up.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- photo ID Patient should bring 2 pay stubs from the last 30 days or a bank statement from the last 60 days showing 30 days of activity or W2 from the previous year or a letter on letterhead stating your income for a specific time period or a high school id, report card or current high school class schedule
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- checks
- major credit/debit cards
Payment is expected at time of service.
For clients with accepted insurance the required co-pay or payment toward your deductable will be collected at the time of the visit.
For all other clients the full fee will be charged.

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

Annapolis Health Center offers the following emergency contraception (morning after pill) and related services:

- birth control pills as emergency contraception
- copper IUD insertion
- pregnancy testing
- rape crisis counseling referrals
Emergency contraception (morning after pill) is available at this location:
- during all business hours on a walk-in basis
- during all business hours by appointment
Here’s what you need to know about getting emergency contraception (morning after pill) at this health center:
Emergency contraception is available over the counter for women and men 17 and older. If you can’t make it in to a Planned Parenthood health center, you may be able to get emergency contraception at a nearby pharmacy.
Women under age 17 can get prescription emergency contraception following a visit with a Planned Parenthood health care provider.
The copper IUD may also be used to prevent pregnancy after unprotected intercourse. Ask your health care provider for more information.
Prices and Payment Information
Price ranges for our emergency contraception (morning after pill) services are:
- emergency contraception (morning after pill) - $25
- office visit for emergency contraception - $0-$40
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.
