Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Walk-in appointments for pregnancy testing and emergency contraception (the morning after pill) are always welcome up to an hour before clinic closure.
All other visits require an appointment; please call for additional information or to schedule an appointment.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available during normal business hours. Call the refill request line for your health center to order refills 24 hours prior to pick up.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies: emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing; HIV testing; sexually transmitted infection treatment
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- photo ID
- Patient should bring 2 pay stubs from the last 30 days or a bank statement from the last 60 days showing 30 days of activity or W2 from the previous year or a letter on letterhead stating your income for a specific time period or a high school id, report card or current high school class schedule
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- checks
- major credit/debit cards
Payment is expected at time of service.
For clients with accepted insurance the required co-pay or payment toward your deductable will be collected at the time of the visit.
For all other clients the full fee will be charged.

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

- sterilization for men (vasectomy)

- during all business hours by appointment
Here’s what you need to know about birth control at this health center:
If you qualify, you may be able to receive certain birth control services without a pelvic exam.
If required, you may have to schedule a Pap test or a breast exam before getting a hormonal birth control method.
In order to obtain an IUD, we may first require an exam and a Pap test.
We offer online birth control refill services for patients with a current prescription at our health center. Visit our online health center to find out more information.

Price ranges for our birth control methods are:
- birth control implant - $275-$550
- birth control patch (Ortho Evra) - $8-$26
- birth control pill - Please contact this health center for birth control pill pricing information.
- birth control shot - $8-$50
- birth control sponge - $0-$10
- birth control vaginal ring (NuvaRing) - $10-$24
- diaphragm - $0-$22
- condom - free
- female condom - free
- emergency contraception (morning after pill) - $25
- IUD (Mirena) - $300-$400
- IUD (ParaGard) - $70-$210
- spermicide - $0-$4
- sterilization for men (vasectomy) - $100-$604
- birth control methods may require an office visit fee - $0-$117
Some services may have additional charges for lab and blood work.
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.
Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
