Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

Emergency Contraception, Pregnancy Testing, Birth Control Refills

All other services require an appointment.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Holidays

Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Martin Luther King Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available Birth control refill pickups are available during open business hours.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

The Southeast Mesa Health Center is located at 1235 South Gilbert Road, Suite 20, on the southeast corner of Gilbert and Southern.

Payment Information

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.

Fees for services are based on your household income.

Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• cash
• major credit/debit cards
• money orders

Payment is expected at time of service.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, prior arrangements must be made. For more information, please call 800-230-PLAN.

Insurance Information

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
