English; Spanish; Interpretation by telephone available for other languages. If you need translation services for any language besides Spanish, please call our health center at least three days before your appointment so that we can make the proper arrangements.

Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

Pregnancy tests are available on a walk-in basis from the time we open until one hour before closing.

Please call the health center for an appoinment for other services. We often have same-day appointments.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available during business hours. Please call your refill request to our pharmacy (918-858-0058 or 1-866-706-0058) at least three days before you will pick it up. For a small fee, our pharmacy can mail your prescription refills directly to your home.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.

Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

  • birth certificate
  • pay stub
  • photo ID
  • Social Security Card

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • cash
  • checks
  • major credit/debit cards
  • money orders
  • Checks are accepted for all services except our abortion services. Medicaid does not cover any abortion fees.

Payment is expected at time of service.

Here’s what you need to know about abortion services at this health center:

Abortion Pill (Medication Abortion)

Abortion pill (medication abortion) is offered up to 8 weeks and 6 days after the start of your last menstrual period. If your last period was more than 9 weeks ago, we can still help. Call us for a referral list of health care providers in your area that offer other abortion services.

Abortion pill (medication abortion) services are available by appointment only.

During the abortion pill (medication abortion) visit, you must agree — before you start — that you will have an in-clinic abortion if the abortion pill does not work.

After your abortion pill visit, you will need access to a telephone, transportation, and backup medical care available to you once you are home.

Other Abortion Services Information

Please do not bring children with you to the health center.

If you take any medications, please continue to take these medications normally before your appointment.

During your visit, you may be given the following:

  • a pregnancy test
  • a chance to speak with a trained staff person about all of your choices: abortion, adoption, and parenting
  • a conversation with the health care provider about your health history
  • lab tests/blood work
  • a pelvic exam
  • an ultrasound
  • medications to make the abortion more comfortable
  • medication if you are Rh negative
  • antibiotics or other medications
  • birth control information
  • a birth control method

There may be financial assistance available to help you with the cost of an abortion. Contact the health center for more information.

If you are a minor considering an abortion, please read about parental consent and notification laws that might apply in your state.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.

If you are uninsured, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance for your procedure. You can confidentially find out if you qualify by calling us at 855.841.7526. If you are eligible for financial assistance, you may be asked to bring documentation with you to the health center.
