Walk-in Services

Plan B, Pregnancy Testing, Pregnancy Testing and Confirmation (for Medicaid enrollment), Pregnancy Options Education.

All other services require an appointment.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available Must have a current prescription with us. Please order refills 5-7 days in advance.

If you are coming in for an employment or school physical, please bring the required forms with you.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Blacksburg location is at 700J North Main Street at the intersection of Price's Fork Road and Norht Main. We are across the street from Wendy's and El Rodeo. We are located in the same building as Mill Mountain Coffee on the upper level. Please park behind the building at the upper level.

Payment is expected at time of service.

Insurance Information

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
