Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Walk-in services available during regular business hours and include pregnancy tests, HIV tests, Emergency Contraception (the morning after pill or Plan B), and birth control refills for established patients.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available During business hours.
If you are coming in for an employment or school physical, please bring the required forms with you.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
Payment Information
We accept the following forms of payment:

- major credit/debit cards
Payment is expected at time of service.
If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
Insurance Information
The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: We currently accept the following insurance plans: Blue Care, Select TennCare plans, Aetna, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans P, S, & V. If your plan is not listed, please call our office and double check. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
