Walk-in Services

Walk-ins Welcome.

We now accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available whenever the center is open

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Specialty Services

Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

• birth certificate
• pay stub
• photo ID
• proof of residence

Fees for services are based on your household income.

Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• cash
• major credit/debit cards
• money orders

Payment is expected at time of service.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

Insurance Information

The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Family Planning Benefits, GHI, GHI HMO, Healthy Living Partnership, Hudson Health Plan, Medicaid, Medicare, MVP, Pomco, WellCare
Please call in order to confirm coverage for other plans. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
