Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Birth control resupplies and pregnancy testing are offered on a walk-in basis during normal health center hours. Please call for all other services, including Depo shots. Thank you.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available Please call 865-694-7155 for availability.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies, Emergency Contraception (the morning-after pill), and pregnancy testing.
If you are coming in for an employment or school physical, please bring the required forms with you.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.
Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.
Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
Payment Information
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- major credit/debit cards
Payment is expected at time of service.
If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
Insurance Information
The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: We currently accept the following insurance plans: Blue Care, select TennCare plans, Aetna, and Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans P, S, & V. If your insurance plan is not listed, please call our office to double check. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
