Note: In the event of inclement weather, please call the health center before arriving for an appointment.
If you need transportation to the health center, the Warren County Shuttle is available hourly, along Route 57/Route 31. For a schedule or more information, call (908) 454-4044.
If you live in Northern Warren County or in parts of the county that are not accessible to the Shuttle, "Demand Response Service'' is available Monday to Friday. Call (908) 454-4044 to arrange for a ride (two days in advance) to and from the health center. The shuttle will pick you up at your home, drop you at the health center and return in two hours to take you home.

Clinician visits are based on availability and appointments are strongly suggested.
Walk-in services end one hour before close of business.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available During health center hours.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.
We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is expected at time of service.
We accept Medicaid (except ID#s beginning in 24) and Horizon/Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance. If you have another insurance, we ask that you pay and we will give you a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company.
