Walk-in Services
All services at this health center are available on a walk-in basis. Scheduled appointments are also available.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- birth certificate

- We can bill most insurance providers for your medical services and many prescription plans for your birth control, medication, and refills.

Bellevue Health Center offers the following services related to the testing and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs):
- STD testing, diagnosis and treatment, including:
- bacterial vaginosis (BV)
- chlamydia
- genital warts
- gonorrhea
- herpes
- HIV (testing and diagnosis only)
- syphilis
- trichomoniasis (trich)
- Other STD testing, diagnosis and treatment services are also available. Please ask our staff for more information.
- STD prevention, including:
- condoms
- female condoms
- dental dams
- HPV vaccine (Gardasil)
- STD/safer sex education
STD testing and treatment services are available:
- during all business hours by appointment
Vaccines are available:
- during all business hours by appointment
Hepatitis B vaccines available for patients under 18 years old.
Here’s what you need to know about STD testing and treatment at this health center:
We can test for gonorrhea and chlamydia using a urine sample. If this test shows an infection, then we will provide you with treatment and explain how your partner(s) can be treated.
For testing involving urine samples, including chlamydia and gonorrhea, do not urinate or engage in sexual intercourse for one hour before testing.
Many STD tests require a genital exam.
Rapid HIV testing can be done by swabbing the inside of your mouth. The results are available in 20-40 minutes.
HIV testing is done by a blood draw. The results are available in 7 days.
Counseling and anonymous (without your name) or confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns.

Self-collected vaginal swab test does not require an exam (appointment required).
Children and adolescents younger than age 19 may qualify for the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, which provides free vaccines. Other fees may apply.
Individuals ages 19 - 26 who have no health insurance and meet financial criteria may qualify for the Merck Vaccine Patient Assistance Program to receive the HPV vaccine (Gardasil) at no charge. Other fees may apply.
Some vaccines are given in a series over the course of several months, which would require you to return to the health center to get the full benefit.
