Walk-in Services

All services at this health center are available on a walk-in basis. Scheduled appointments are also available.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Not all services are available every day - please check for more information by clicking on the specific Service listed to the right or call to make an appointment.

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available during all open hours.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and options education; STD testing.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

There is ample parking in front of the health center.

Specialty Services

Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

Fees for services are based on your household income.

Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.

To help prevent identify theft, please bring photo ID with any non-cash form of payment (including insurance).

Longmont offers the following women's health services:

vaginal infections — testing and treatment
Other services we may provide include help with irregular periods or no periods, painful periods, painful sex, bleeding between periods, menstrual problems (premenstrual syndrome) or even a lost tampon.

Most services are available on a walk-in basis and by appointment every day but Wednesday. Colposcopy only available Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Here’s what you need to know in preparation for a women's health visit at this health center:

Do not douche, have sex, or put anything in your vagina 24 hours before your pelvic exam. It is best if you are not having your menstrual period for some types of visits. Contact us if you have questions.

Checkups for gynecological concerns may require a pelvic exam.

For the testing and treatment of urinary tract infections, we will need to collect a urine sample at the time of your visit.

For the testing and treatment of vaginal infections, a pelvic exam may be required.

We offer education and treatment for menopause and midlife issues, including non-hormonal treatment(s).

Hormone replacement therapy requires a routine checkup or records of your current exam.

Cervical cancer screening requires a pelvic exam and Pap test.

Women's Wellness Connection provides free breast and cervical cancer screenings, including pelvic exams, Pap tests, breast exams and mammograms. If you are a woman age 40-64, please ask to see if you qualify for some services to be covered by this program.

comprehensive (routine) gynecological exam visit - $105-170 sliding fee
problem-focused gynecological visit - $70-150 sliding fee
cervical cancer screening - $105-170 sliding fee
colposcopy - $320-325 sliding fee
cryotherapy - $180

Some services may have additional charges for lab and blood work.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.

Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
