English; Spanish; Interpretation by telephone available for other languages. If you need translation services for any language besides Spanish, please call our health center at least three days before your appointment so that we can make the proper arrangements.

Walk-in Services

Pregnancy tests are available on a walk-in basis. Please call the health center for an appoinment for other services. We often have same-day appointments.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available from the Pharmacy located in this building. If you would like to pick up your pills during hours when the pharmacy is closed, please let the pharmacist know and we can have them for you at the front desk. Please call your refill request to our pharmacy (918-858-0058 or 1-866-706-0058) at least three days before you will pick it up. For a small fee, our pharmacy can mail your prescription refills directly to your home.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to wait unsupervised in the waiting area.

Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

Fees for services are based on your household income.

Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

Due to a very generous donation, we are able to offer LONG-TERM CONTRACEPTION for LOW or NO COST.

This includes IUDs (Mirena and ParaGard), Implanon, and Essure.

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

HIV testing services are available at this location:

on a walk-in basis: You may walk-in without an appointment for an HIV test through our Education Department. Testing is available Monday through Thursday from 10am to 4pm. It takes about 30 minutes and you will receive your result at the same visit.
during all business hours by appointment

Here’s what you need to know about HIV testing at this health center:

Rapid HIV testing can be done by swabbing the inside of your mouth. The results are available in 20-40 minutes.

HIV testing is done by a blood draw. The results are available in ~ 5 days.

HIV counseling referral services are available.

HIV treatment referral services are available.

Counseling and confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns.

Results must be given in person.

Prices and Payment Information

Price ranges for our HIV services are:

rapid oral swab testing - Free through our education department at the Midtown health center
blood testing - $35 to $40 for initial testing.
HIV counseling - included with testing
FREE HIV tests are available at through the Education Department at our Midtown location. These tests are done by taking an oral swab (saliva) and results are available in about 20 minutes. Please call 918-858-8440 to make an appointment or you can walk in between 10am and 4pm Monday though Thursday. The whole visit takes about 30 minutes. Counseling and education is included.

Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.

Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
