For the holidays, we will be closed all day November 26th, November 27th, December 25th, December 26th, and January 1st, and will close at 3 P.M. on December 24th and December 31st.

Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

Walk-in services: Emergency contraception, pregnancy tests, HIV testing, and basic birth control services are available on a walk-in basis. Walk-in appointments are first come, first serve, and may require you to wait. Walk-in hours are:

Monday and Tuesday 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Holidays

Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Martin Luther King Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available between a half hour after opening and up to a half hour before closing. We request 48 hours notice to process your refill request.

Here’s what you need to know about abortion services at this health center:

Abortion Pill (Medication Abortion)

Abortion pill (medication abortion) is offered up to 9 weeks after the start of your last menstrual period.

Abortion pill (medication abortion) services are available by appointment only.

After your abortion pill visit, you will need access to a telephone, transportation, and backup medical care available to you once you are home.

Other Abortion Services Information

If you take any medications, please continue to take these medications normally before your appointment.

During your visit, you may be given the following:

  • a pregnancy test
  • a conversation with the health care provider about your health history
  • lab tests/blood work
  • an ultrasound
  • medications to make the abortion more comfortable
  • medication if you are Rh negative
  • birth control information
  • a birth control method

At times there may be protesters outside of the health center. We suggest you avoid interaction with them.

Here’s what you need to know about getting emergency contraception (morning after pill) at this health center:

Emergency contraception is available over the counter for women and men 17 and older. If you can’t make it in to a Planned Parenthood health center, you may be able to get emergency contraception at a nearby pharmacy.

Women under age 17 can get prescription emergency contraception following a visit with a Planned Parenthood health care provider.

Here’s what you need to know about HIV testing at this health center:

Rapid HIV testing can be done with a blood sample taken from a finger stick. The results are available in 20-40 minutes.

HIV treatment referral services are available.

Counseling and anonymous (without your name) or confidential (private) testing for HIV are provided by trained staff who are sensitive to your needs and concerns.

Results must be given in person.

HPV & Hepatitis Vaccines

Gresham Center offers the following vaccine services:

  • HPV vaccine (Gardasil)

Gardasil vaccine available at this location to women ages 9-18 only.

Here’s what you need to know about vaccine services at this health center:

Children and adolescents younger than age 19 may qualify for the Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, which provides free vaccines. Some health centers may charge a low administrative fee for this service.

Women ages 19 - 26 who have no health insurance and meet financial criteria may qualify for the Merck Vaccine Patient Assistance Program to receive the HPV vaccine (Gardasil) at no charge.

Some vaccines are given in a series over the course of several months, which would require you to return to the health center to get the full benefit.
