Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Our Teen Clinic space is open Thursdays 2:30-6:00 p.m.
General Walk-Ins: Thursdays 12 noon-7 p.m. Please remember walk-ins are on a first-come first-serve basis.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Appointment Information
Teen clinic is available: Every Thursday 2:30-6:00 p.m.
Birth control refill pick ups are available all hours clinic is open.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam.
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- Birth Certificate or Passport, 4 Most Recent Week's Pay Stubs, Official Photo ID, Proof of NYS Residence
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- money orders
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit/debit cards
Payment is expected at time of service.
If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
Insurance Information
Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
