Note: -ATTENTION PATIENTS-
Throughout the next few weeks, there will be days when we will be open for emergency contraception, pregnancy tests, and STD testing only. If you need a birth control refill or an examination, you will need to schedule that appointment on a different day. Please pay close attention to the calendar and plan accordingly.
We will not have a clinician available on May 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 20, & 30.
On May 13 & 14, we will only have clinician hours from 1-5 p.m.
On May 21, we will only have clinician hours from 1-6 p.m.
We hope that this will make scheduling with us easier in the next month and apologize for any inconvenience.

Appointment Information
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.
Other Health Center Information
All abortion services are by appointment only.
Due to limited space at East Health Center, we ask that you limit guests to one per patient. Children are not allowed at East Health Center.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- checks
- major credit/debit cards
- money orders
Payment is expected at time of service.
If you are using the credit card or personal check of another person, that person must be present with a photo I.D.
Insurance Information
Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

East Columbus Health Center offers the following women's health services:
- checkups when you have a reproductive/sexual health problem
- breast exams
- cervical cancer screening
- mammogram referrals
- Pap test
- urinary tract infections — testing and treatment
- vaginal infections — testing and treatment
- Other services we may provide include help with irregular periods or no periods, painful periods, painful sex, bleeding between periods, menstrual problems (premenstrual syndrome) or even a lost tampon.
Women's health services are available:
- during all business hours by appointment
Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been previously made.
