By Car
The Falls Church Health Center is located 1/2 block from the intersection of South Washington Street and Annandale Road. Washington Street is also known as Lee Highway and Route 29.
From the Intersection of Annandale Road and South Washington Street:
After passing through the intersection of Annandale Road and South Washington Street, you will pass Atlantic Carpet on your right. Immediately after the Atlantic Carpet is the entrance to our office park. From the parking lot entrance, you will see 360 South Washington Street. Park in the parking lot and walk around #360 to #370. Our pharmacy is located on the second floor, and all appointments are taken on the third floor.
From Fairfax, Centreville, Manassas, Front Royal and Points West:
Take 66 East to Exit 69, the Washington Blvd/Lee Highway Exit. Make a right onto Lee Highway at the top of the ramp. Travel approximately 1 mile and the road will turn into South Washington Street. Cross West Broad Street, also called Route 7, and the next street is Annandale Road. Then follow the directions above from Annandale Road.
From Arlington or Rosslyn:
Take Lee Highway west all the way into Falls Church. Cross West Broad Street, also called Route 7, and the next street is Annandale Road. Then follow the directions above from Annandale Road.

Parking is available in the building parking lot.

English; Spanish; Interpretation by telephone available for other languages. Arrangements for interpretation can be made. Advance notice is requested to ensure availability at time of appointment.
Health Center Services and Information
Walk-in Services
Walk-in services always include: Pregnancy testing, Emergency Contraception, and HIV testing. Depending on patient volume, walk-ins will also be accepted for STD screening, well woman exams and starting birth control with medical history/ screening. Walk-in appointments are NOT available on Fridays. Availability on all other days are subject to clinical availability and end one hour before health center closing.
All other services require an appointment.
If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Appointment Information
Birth control refill pick ups are available Birth control refill pick-ups are available during business hours with acurrent prescription on file. Calling in advance will decrease wait time.
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.
