Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

Most of our services are available on a walk-in basis. We recommend calling ahead of time to check for availability.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Cross Streets: 17th / Linwood (street after Grand)

Landmarks: Across the street from Santa Ana Outpatient surgery center, next to Exclusive Furnishings

Bus Route: Bus #60 runs on 17th St.

Directions: From the 55 South exit 17th St. turn right drive down 17th St. (55 North turn left) pass Wright St (small street no light). If you pass Grand Ave. you went too far. From 5 North exit Grand Ave, turn right off the freeway, turn right on 17th Street, from 5 south exit 17th St. turn right off the freeway

Payment Information

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:

• photo ID

Fees for services are based on your household income.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

• cash
• checks
• major credit/debit cards

Payment is expected at time of service.

If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.

Insurance Information

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
