English; Spanish; Interpretation by telephone available for other languages. If an interpreter has to be in the clinic at the time of the appointment, we require three (3) days notice.

Walk-in Services

All services at this health center are available on a walk-in basis. Scheduled appointments are also available.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

  • Day after Thanksgiving

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available during all regular business hours. If you are coming in for your next depo shot, it may be to your advantage if you schedule an appointment.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill);pregnancy testing and counceling; STD testing

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Only infants and toddlers in a car seat or stroller are allowed into the exam room. We request that you please make arrangements for childcare for any other children.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Other Health Center Information

We offer post abortion follow-up exams and referrals for abortion services.

Medicaid accepted.

Birth control services are available:

Burleson Health Center is open the second and fourth Tuesday of every month.

Burleson Health Center is open the first and third Saturday of every month.

Burleson Health Center is open on Fridays for supply pick-up, Emergency Contraception, and Pregnancy testing only. No Nurse available for exam services.

Here’s what you need to know about birth control at this health center:

If you qualify, you may be able to receive certain birth control services without a pelvic exam.

If required, you may have to schedule a Pap test or a breast exam before getting a hormonal birth control method.

In order to obtain an IUD, we may first require an exam and a Pap test.

Proper Attire™, Planned Parenthood’s exclusive line of condoms, is available at this health center.
