From the North:

Take I-395 South to Exit 82. At the end of the Exit, take a left and continue under the overpass. Take a left at the second light onto Case Street. The health center is in a beige office building on the left. Enter through the front door and walk down the hall to suite #213 on the right.

From the South:

Take I-95 North to I-395 North to Exit 82. At the end of the Exit take a right, then an immediate left onto Case Street. The health center is in a beige office building on the left. Enter through the front door and walk down hall to suite #213 on the right.

Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

Birth control refill pickups, birth control services without a pelvic exam (if qualified), emergency contraception, pregnancy tests, rapid HIV tests (results in 20 minutes), and STD screening (no symptoms) for women and men are available on a walk-in basis up to one hour before closing.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Do you have questions about abortion services at Planned Parenthood of Southern New England? Our caring staff will answer your questions and make appointments for the abortion pill (medication abortion) and in-clinic abortions. Dial us toll free at 1-800-230-PLAN (7526). Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm, Saturday 8:30am - 12:00pm. Hablamos Español.

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available during business hours

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections

If you are coming in for an employment or school physical, please bring the required forms with you.

We provide educational materials specifically for people with developmental disabilities.

Specially trained staff and medical equipment are available for people with physical disabilities.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Specialty Services

Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale.

Fees for services are based on your household income.

You will not be turned away because of your inability to pay.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • checks
  • major credit/debit cards

Payment is expected at time of service.

Checks are accepted ONLY for gynecological services, and may not be used to pay for abortion services.

Please note: Depending on your health insurance plan, we can often bill insurance companies not listed here for surgical services like abortion and colposcopy. We will discuss this with you when you make your appointment. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
