Appointment Information
At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing; testing and treatment for urinary tract infections
We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Specialty Services
Pills by Mail is available at this health center — a service that delivers birth control pills to your home each month. Patients with a current prescription for some of the birth control pills that we offer at our health center can order Pills by Mail.
Payment Information
Medicaid accepted.
You may fill out an application for a Medicaid Family Planning Waiver (MFPW) at our health center. To establish coverage takes 4-7 weeks, so it advisable to apply before you need it. With the exception of Medicaid for Pregnant Women and Medicaid when Medicare is the primary, Medicaid is accepted.
If you are uninsured, you may qualify for a state-funded program or a lower fee scale. Please bring the following documents:
- pay stub
- or a letter from your employer if possible
Fees for services are based on your household income.
Please bring proof of income when you arrive for your visit.
We accept the following forms of payment:
- cash
- major credit/debit cards
- money orders
- Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry Plans (including First Health Network and Wellpath), MedCost, Medicaid(excluding Medicaid for Pregnant Women or Medicaid with Medicare as primary), Tricare, and United Healthcare.
Payment is expected at time of service.
If you plan to pay for your visit with a credit card that is not your own, you must bring a letter from the cardholder with you.
** Discounts are available for teens. Those under 18 receive 50% off all services and supplies, except for IUD, Essure, the HPV vaccine, Implanon, and abortion services.

The following insurance plans are accepted at this health center: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry Plans (including First Health Network and Wellpath), MedCost, Medicaid(excluding Medicaid for Pregnant Women or Medicaid with Medicare as primary), Tricare, and United Healthcare. Please give your Medicaid or insurance ID# to the representative scheduling your appointment. This will help ensure proper benefits and coverage. Please also bring your insurance card to your visit. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.

Here’s what you need to know about birth control at this health center:
Some of the birth control pills that we offer are OCY / TRI / Tri lo / Mircette / Lutera / Levora / Yasmin / Desogen / Trivora
If you qualify, you may be able to receive certain birth control services without a pelvic exam.
If required, you may have to schedule a Pap test or a breast exam before getting a hormonal birth control method.
Proper Attire™, Planned Parenthood’s exclusive line of condoms, is available at this health center.
*** Discounts are available for teens. Patients under 18 receive a 50% discount on all birth control methods excluding Implanon, Essure, and IUD.
