Health Center Services and Information

Walk-in Services

All services at this health center are available on a walk-in basis. Scheduled appointments are also available.

If you need emergency contraception (morning after pill), you can walk in any time the health center is open.

Our health center is closed for the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

Appointment Information

Birth control refill pick ups are available any time the health center is open.

At this health center you can come in for appointments that do not require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing.

Specially trained staff and medical equipment are available for people with physical disabilities.

We do not provide childcare services. We request that you please make childcare arrangements.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to check in and complete paperwork.

Located on east Hackberry Street, in between McColl and Jackson Roads.

Coming from Edinburg, go south on Jackson Road and turn right on Hackberry Street.

From Expressway 83, exit on Jackson Road (El Centro Mall) and go north. Turn left at the first light, which is Hackberry Steet.

Enter through the west side of the building with the "Clinic" sign.

Payment Information

Medicaid accepted.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Payment is expected at time of service.

Insurance Information

Some charges associated with your services may be covered by your insurance or a state- funded program. If you want to use your insurance, please be sure to bring in your insurance information at the time of your visit.
