The IRA Charitable Rollover. As of January 2, the popular IRA charitable rollover is back. This provision of the American Taxpayer Relief Act of 2012 allows individuals aged 701/2 and older to donate up to $100,000 to charities from their individual retirement account (IRA) without having to count the distributions as taxable income. If you are required to make withdrawals, this may be a way to offset taxes and make a significant contribution of support for PPHI.
Remember PPHI in your estate plan. One of the simplest and most significant things you can do to ensure the future of Planned Parenthood is to include us in your will or through other estate-planning measures.
