Great news for women and WHP!
On May 4, the Fifth Circuit Court ruled in favor of Texas women and lifted the emergency hold that (since May 1st) had excluded Planned Parenthood from participating in the Women’s Health Program.
Louisiana Legislative Session
Legislators put politics ahead of women’s health. They passed bills out of committee that restrict access to preventive care and put women’s health at risk.
