Gloria Steinem spoke to a sold-out crowd about the importance of health care access and equal rights for all women and shared fond memories of the late Governor Ann Richards, saying that, "She had the gift of laughter."
Thanks to the outstanding efforts of event chair Cynthia Farquharson and the nearly 900 dedicated supporters in attendance, the event raised a record $230,000 to support high-quality health care and education services for clients throughout Central and North Texas.
