SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE
New and current patients who go to a health center in Northeast Ohio may schedule appointments online. Current patients may also view their accounts and pay their bill online. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an email response to your appointment request. You must create an account and login before requesting an appointment online.

This is a service for non-urgent appointments only. If you have an urgent medical issue, call your local health center. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. We do not respond to emergencies through our web site.
