Health insurance is accepted, but not necessary to receive services. Fees for services are based on your household income and family size. Please bring proof of your income when you arrive for your visit. Payment is expected at the time of service. Payment plans are available for many services. You will not be turned away due to inability to pay.

You can pay your bill through our secure, automated system. If you have an account, simply login. If you don't, you will need to create an account first.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio accepts most health insurance plans. Some charges associated with your services may or may not be covered. If you want to use your insurance, be sure to bring your insurance card at the time of your visit. Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, and community and state insurance plans are also accepted.
MEDICAID
Ohio Medicaid offers family planning insurance coverage to eligible consumers. The Family Planning Initiative extends limited family planning and disease treatment to those individuals not meeting eligibility requirements for any other Medicaid program. Application for this program is available online.

Information about your income/finances: All the money that you and the people in your home receive such as earnings from employment, child/spousal support, disability benefits, retirement benefits, Workers’ Compensation, Social Security, SSI, Veterans Benefits, etc.

Information about any assets you may have: for example bank accounts (including account numbers) for savings and/or checking.
