The RealCare® Baby infant simulator is a lifelike, life-size baby doll with realistic computerized responses, which allows teens to experience some of the demands of infant care. It is designed to require “tending” periodically and at random intervals throughout the day and night. This is signaled by crying. RealCare Baby is often used by schools and other organizations to help adolescents appreciate the responsibilities involved with parenthood.

Rental information and fees:
A $250 refundable deposit is required and the weekly rental rate is $25. Patrons will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs (baby and items included in rental weigh 10 pounds). This item must be shipped and returned via UPS; it may be shipped anywhere in the United States. The ERC has one RealCare Baby model as well as one Baby Think It Over! (the previous name for the infant simulator). If the model you request is not available, you will be added to the waiting list and may borrow it when available.
