Project Pharmacy
Project Pharmacy is a collaborative effort between the Iowa Planned Parenthood Affiliate League (PP of East Central Iowa, PP of Greater Iowa, PP of Nebraska/Council Bluffs and PP of Southeast Iowa), the Emma Goldman Clinic of Iowa City, Iowa NOW, Des Moines NOW, Iowa City Area NOW, the University of Iowa’s Law Students for Choice and the University of Iowa’s Feminist Majority Leadership Alliance.
Project Pharmacy’s mission is to strengthen access to reproductive health care resources statewide, ensure access and availability of emergency contraception (EC) over-the-counter and by prescription in Iowa pharmacies and implement education initiatives to better inform the public, pharmacists and physicians about EC.
