1. TITLE:  Clinic Assistant
LOCATION:  Downtown
STATUS:  Full-time
REPORTS TO: Office Manager

SUMMARY:  
The Clinic Assistant provides front and/or back office support at the Health Center. She/he is responsible for delivering clinical, educational and clerical services under the direction of the Center Manager in accordance with the PPG Medical Standards and Guidelines.  The Clinic Assistant is a member of the health care team and assists the clinicians in providing quality care and customer service to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
• HS diploma
• Certified Medical/Clinic Assistant program, preferred
Experience: 
• Clinic Assistant experience, including front desk and medical assisting
• Work experience in which the individual has clearly demonstrated skills in working with the public, preferably in a family planning or health care setting
Skills: 
• Excellent communication, counseling and customer service skill.
• Good computer skills, including practice management software, MS office and internet/email
• Ability to handle stress in a calm and professional manner
• Ability to gracefully manage multiple projects and to meet multiple deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to details and follow through on assigned projects essential  
Physical demands:   
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time
• Flexibility in work hours as some evenings and occasional weekend hours are necessary 
Languages spoken: 
• English required, Spanish preferred.

2. TITLE:        Bi-lingual Call Center Associate 

LOCATION:         Downtown Atlanta  
STATUS:               Full-Time
REPORTS TO:     Call Center Manager

SUMMARY:
The Call Center Associate creates a positive first impression with callers by providing professional, efficient and caring service within the Call Center.  The Call Center Associate answers client questions, schedules appointments, provides pre-appointment instructions, and takes messages for health center calls. Candidates must speak fluent English and Spanish and enjoy helping clients on the phone.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Education: 
• High school diploma
• College or other post secondary education preferred 
Experience: 
• Previous work experience either in a call center or in direct customer service  
Skills: 
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Proficient computer skills in windows environment, including Microsoft Office and internet/email
• Knowledge of family planning services and reproductive health care preferred 
Physical demands:   
•
 Ability to sit and answer phone calls for extended periods of time 
Languages spoken: 
• 
Bilingual in English/Spanish
