From the North:

Take I-91 South to Exit 47 East (Somers/Route 190). Turn right at the end of the Exit. At the sixth traffic light, turn left onto Palomba Drive. Take a left into first driveway. The health center is on the right next to Karate Fitness Health center.

From the South:

Take I-91 North to Exit 47 East (Somers/Route 190). Turn right at the end of the Exit. At the fifth traffic light, turn left onto Palomba Drive. Take a left into first driveway. The health center is on the right next to Karate Fitness Health center.

From the West:

Take Route 190 West into Enfield. Turn right onto Palomba Drive. Take a left into first driveway. The health center is on the right next to Karate Fitness Health center.

From the East:

Take Route 190 East into Enfield. Turn right onto Palomba Drive. Take a left into first the driveway. The health center is on the right next to Karate Fitness Health center.
