Save time and request an appointment online.  Simply sign-up for a free account (to help keep your information private) to get started.  Once you have an account, you can request an appointment by providing your preffered day and time.  A member of PPECI's client services staff will respond to your request as soon as possible.  Appointment requests are only processed during normal business hours. 

PLEASE NOTE: Some appointment requests require additional follow-up and cannot be confirmed online.  Some types of appointments cannot be requested online.  If the service you need is not listed, please call the nearest PPECI health center to make an appointment.
