Get Free EC Wednesday, October 24th from 3 to 6 p.m. Stop by the Illinois Disciples Foundation, 610 E. Springfield, Champaign to get your free dose of back-up birth control- just in case.
Emergency contraception (EC) is a safe and effective form of back-up birth control that can prevent pregnancy if taken within 120 hours of unprotected sex, contraceptive failure, or sexual assault. EC prevents pregnancy and has no effect if a woman is already pregnant. EC is most effective the sooner it is taken, so we encourage all women to get EC ahead of time in order to back-up their birth control!
One pack of emergency contraception will be available at no charge to women of all ages - No ID required.
Get EC anytime at the Planned Parenthood closest to you. Find your local PPECI Health Center...
