Lincoln Health Center Closing Information
On January 26, 2008 our Lincoln health center will close. Appointments for services are no longer available but birth control and supplies can be picked up through Friday, January 25.
The choice to close this health center was extremely difficult and we considered all possible alternatives before coming to a final decision. Ultimately, the Logan County Health Department was unable to make accommodations that would allow us to continue providing services at this location.
We have made arrangements to make it as easy as possible for you to continue receiving the service and care you expect from Planned Parenthood. All patient medical records, prescriptions, and billing information have been transferred to our Bloomington health center, 318 W. Washington in Bloomington. Important information about getting services, birth control and more is included below. The Bloomington staff and health center manager are also available to answer your questions and assist you during this transition. They can be reached at (309) 827-4014.

If you would like to receive services at the Bloomington health center, appointments can be made at any time. You can call (309) 827-4014 to make an appointment by phone, or you can request an appointment online.

Birth Control
You can pick up birth control and supplies in Bloomington beginning January 26. The staff in Bloomington can make arrangements to have your birth control delivered to you by mail or provide a written prescription to be filled at your preferred pharmacy.
Billing and Payment
You are still responsible for any fees associted with services received at our Lincoln health center. You cna make payments on your bill in Bloomington. Any questions about fees or payment can be directed to the Bloomington health center manager.
