Remember, condoms should always be used with a water-based lubricant; don't use oil-based lubricants like Vaseline or baby oil which will weaken the condom. Also, did you know that the worst place to carry a condom is in your back pocket? A shirt pocket or a protective case is better!

Condom Disadvantages
- They don't protect you from all STDs - such as herpes, genital warts and syphilis.
- 1 to 2% of women and men are allergic to latex condoms – but polyurethane and non-latex condoms or lambskin (natural) condoms are available.
- Improper use can lead to condom breakage, resulting in contraceptive failure.
