Condoms

Male condoms are an excellent form of contraception - they can prevent most types of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) as well as unplanned pregnancies!

There is a right way and a wrong way to wear a condom - if it doesnít unroll smoothly from the rim on the outside, then itís upside down.

Learn proper condom techniques!

Remember, condoms should always be used with a water-based lubricant; don't use oil-based lubricants like Vaseline or baby oil which will weaken the condom. Also, did you know that the worst place to carry a condom is in your back pocket? A shirt pocket or a protective case is better!
