Customer Service/Health Care Assistant
Fulltime, benefits eligible, multilingual a plus!
- Must be committed to quality and confidential reproductive healthcare.
- High School Diploma/GED and/or completion of a medical vocational program.
- Minimum of one year experience as a Customer Service Representative and/or experience in a medical customer service capacity.
- Working knowledge of medical office practices, medical software, insurance verification, and cash handling/reconciliation activities.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Computer literate and able to learn technology quickly.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to promote team spirit and camaraderie.
