We accept Medicaid and some private insurances. If you are insured, please bring your insurance identification card with you on your visit.
If you do not have insurance, affordable health care will be provided to you. Many of our services are based on a sliding scale, according to your income. All of this will be explained to you during your visit.
When you come for your first visit, you will be asked questions about your health—past and present—and about the health of your immediate family. Honesty in your reply is vital! Client information is strictly confidential.
