Before being named Chief Operating Officer in October 2011, Lisa David served as senior vice president of Health Services Support, helping to lead and integrate the efforts of the PPFA divisions that focus on supporting affiliates in their health care operations. Since joining PPFA in October 2008, she has helped spearhead enhancements in business intelligence through quarterly reporting, development of national/regional services that help build revenues and volume for affiliates, collaboration with NGHN to form Voxent, and the development of national standards for financial accounting and reporting, data standards for electronic practice management, and data standards for electronic health records.

Ms. David came to PPFA from the Chartis Group, a prominent health-care consulting firm where she was the partner responsible for firm management and research & development. Ms. David also served as managing director for Women's Health Management Solutions, a health care consulting firm specializing in women's health and gender-based medicine programs. She has also held senior roles with industry leaders in developing health-care technology products and strategies.
