The Planned Parenthood Youth Initiative Program is designed to build a nationwide network of young activists by educating teens and college students about Planned Parenthood medical and educational services and mobilizing them to join our national advocacy campaigns.
The Youth Initiative Program supports teen peer education programs nationwide. Teen peer advocates and educators strengthen our education and outreach efforts in our nation’s high schools and communities, advocating on behalf of the young people we serve, to help ensure that Planned Parenthood services are fully accessible to teens and their families.
Vox®: Voices for Planned Parenthood chapters on college campuses educate and mobilize college students and young adults in support of health care access and reproductive rights. Vox groups across the country organize public events, educate their peers, support their local Planned Parenthood health centers, and mobilize students and other young people to speak out for reproductive rights and access to reproductive health care services.
